Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Bonno Automates. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer tailored AI agents and scalable automation tools designed to improve business operations. While we strive for high client satisfaction, Bonno Automates makes no guarantees of outcome and assumes no liability for performance variances due to business-specific limitations or improper use.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The delivered AI solution is non-functional and cannot be resolved within five (5) business days.
• No measurable workflow or operational improvement can be demonstrated (with supporting evidence).
• Partial refunds may be granted under specific financial hardship scenarios.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted via written communication. Payments are accepted via wire transfer, Zelle, or cryptocurrency.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate business information for appropriate service configuration. Disclosure of backend infrastructure, service pricing, or proprietary configurations to competitors is strictly prohibited. Clients must respond to official Bonno Automates communication within twenty-one (21) business days. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

4. Restrictions on Use

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce any AI agents or tools provided by Bonno Automates unless expressly permitted in writing. Our solutions may not be used for any activity that is unlawful under U.S. law. Bonno Automates is not liable for any illegal usage by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bonno Automates shall not be held responsible for financial loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from AI agent failure, misuse, or unforeseen behavior. In the event of a confirmed malfunction, we will cease usage immediately and provide a solution within five (5) business days. If no resolution is available, a refund may be issued.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Bonno Automates retains all intellectual property rights to its AI systems and tools. Clients own the outputs generated after delivery unless specified differently by contract.

7. Data and Communication

Data provided through the consultation form is processed via Make.com and stored in Google Sheets. We retain this information securely until a deletion request is received. All official communications may be conducted through phone or email.

8. Service Limitations

Effectiveness of services will vary based on the client's business environment and the inherent limitations of AI technology. Bonno Automates does not guarantee universal compatibility or results.

9. Force Majeure

Bonno Automates shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or non-performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or internet outages.

10. Changes to Terms

Bonno Automates reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, including refund policy updates, via email or our website.
